BA Hons, Psychology, (Massey), MBA (Babson MA), Post Graduate Study in Organisational Design (towards a Master of Philosophy)
EXPERIENCE:
Philip has extensive experience in organisational and complex systems design through a consulting practice started in 1989. Prior positions include General Manager of a consumer packaging business and various roles in marketing management.
Philip's core skills relate to his strong understanding of complex systems, the ability to synthesise and distill into strategies for effective action then translate these into practical design for organisations, systems, programmes and processes.
He has broad experience in implementing change processes within the health environment that involve societal change and associated health sector response.
