Three of the Synergia directors are honorary fellows of the School of Population Health.
The School of Population Health, the first of its kind in New Zealand, was established in July 2003. The School teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students, undertakes a wide range of research, and is strongly engaged in the community and professional life of Auckland.
Synergia’s main links at the school are through the Centre for Health Services Research and Policy (CHSRP), which is a multi-disciplinary research centre within the School of Population Health , University of Auckland . CHSRP undertakes research with a primary focus on the funding, provision, evaluation, organisation and management of health services; and the development and implementation of health policy.
