Case Studies: Social Services

Synergia has a breadth of experience in the social services sector from work with front line community organisations, multi-sector provider and agency networks and the major national government agencies.

Within this domain we are active in design of programme strategies, systems and services, we undertake evaluative learning assignments and have a special expertise in the development of effective partnerships for action across divers agencies and community organisations at both national and district levels.

The cases opposite illustrate a sample of our work, from working with community and agency joint programmes in “Helping reintegration of troubled youth” , an innovative action partnership across Police, Child, Youth and Family and Women’s Refuge in “An interagency response to family violence” through to a hard edged system redesign in “Systemic approaches to child safety”
