To bring our purpose to life there are a number of enduring threads in the ongoing conversations and actions that have emerged as core values that our purpose:

1. Deepen collective understanding and awareness: Seek to see under the surface events and patterns, work with the deeper structures.

2. Be of service: Seek the good of the whole, the deeper purpose, rather than narrow interests or short term gains without concern for the consequences.

3. Attribute good intent: Start from a position of good intent in others, that they also will want to be part of the good of the whole and deeper purpose; do not attribute ill intent when partial and incomplete understanding prevail.

4. Give so you can receive: Seek to leave behind more capacity in the people you work with than when you started.

5. Act with integrity: Be true to ourselves and our purpose.

6. Don’t be too serious: A necessary antidote to all the above!
